Linguini in a fresh tomato sauce with garlic and olive oil.
Penne con Salsiccia
Locally made Italian sausage, sliced and sautéed in a fresh tomato,
garlic, and basil sauce, served over penne.
Linguini Puttanesca
Classic dish originating in Napoli. Linguini in a spicy tomato sauce with garlic,
capers, anchovy, chili pepper and Kalamata olives.
